I can’t think of a better name for a place that brings so many smiles. In December, Elyse Rosati opened Joy & Cake in Atlantic Highlands. Her custom cakes, cookies and cupcakes offer something more beautiful, unique, and creative than the traditional.

I am constantly amazed by what she can produce from a client’s vision or inspirational snip it . Herbs, spices and flowers give Joy & Cake’s delectable delicacies a touch of magic in every bite. Her confectionary masterpieces truly are works of art, from elegant wedding cakes to whimsically themed groom’s cakes and children’s birthday cupcakes.
